The Opportunity


We're looking for a Tech Lead to guide the development of iloilo, our cloud-based micro-learning platform. iloilo is specifically designed for frontline workers, integrating a user-friendly website, a Learner Interface, an Instructor Admin Panel, and a Master Administrator Panel. This SaaS platform aims to provide accessible, engaging, and effective training solutions tailored for various organizational needs.


We need someone with strong technical skills, including AI, machine learning, and experience with our tech stack.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the technical development and maintenance of the iloilo platform, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, creating a supportive and inclusive team environment

  • Implement and oversee AI and machine learning features within the platform

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations when appropriate

  • Ensure the platform meets performance, security, and scalability requirements

  • Help shape the overall product strategy from a technical perspective

  • Ensure the platform's compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards

  • Collaborate with the product team to implement user feedback and continuously improve the platform

  • Manage the technical aspects of scaling the platform as user base grows

Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field from a Thai university

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Strong expertise in AI and machine learning technologies

  • Experience with our tech stack, including Angular, React Native, NodeJS, Hapi Framework, MySQL, Digital Ocean, FFmpeg, and Amazon S3/Cloudinary

  • Familiar with Thai tech industry

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English

  • Experience working in agile development environments

  • Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding

  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive team culture

Compensation


InsightPact offers a monthly salary ranging from 100,000 to 130,000 THB, subject to relevant taxes under Thai law, for a 32-hour work week.
