The Opportunity


We're expanding our team and are looking for a Business Development Manager with a solid background in community building, relationship building, funnel building and most importantly marketing, especially digital marketing. This position reports to the Business Development Director and requires someone experienced in creating and running successful marketing strategies and campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients. The ideal candidate will also have skills in community management, partnership, and relationship management.


Having experience in the education, training, and facilitation industries is an added advantage. Your main responsibility will be to utilize your marketing, community and relationship management skills to help grow our reach, engage with our community effectively, and develop partnerships that align with our goals of promoting people-centered leadership and organizational wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities


  • Community Building

    • Lead in building and nurturing a strong community presence, encouraging active engagement and sustained interest through various platforms and initiatives.

    • Expand our community, leveraging digital platforms for knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration.

  • Relationship Building

    • Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base and strengthen existing relationships, using data analysis and creative thinking to explore new opportunities and enhance service for existing clients.

    • Ensure exceptional service for both potential and existing clients, enhancing engagement and loyalty.

    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to extend our reach and impact, making sure these efforts support our mission and values.

    • Engage stakeholders within the learning and development sector, building relationships that enhance our network and presence in the industry. Including attending key events and conferences.

  • Funnel Building

    • Collaborate with our marketing and brand communications manager to create and run targeted campaigns that align with our business development objectives, ensuring our messaging is engaging and consistent across all channels.

    • Use digital marketing skills to increase online visibility and lead generation through SEO, PPC, and social media analytics.

    • Market our training programs effectively, appealing to both B2B and B2C clients with strategies that highlight the benefits of our facilitation services.

    • Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates, incorporating marketing automation tools and personalized outreach strategies.

  • Cross-Cutting Responsibilities

    • Guide the production of content that showcases our expertise and meets our community's needs, emphasizing our unique approach to learning and development.

    • Analyze performance metrics to refine and improve strategies, focusing on continuous growth and better results.

    • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, using insights to guide strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, business development, or community engagement role.

  • Proven track record with digital marketing strategies and campaigns for B2B and B2C clients.

  • Strong background in community management, relationship building, and partnership development.

  • Familiarity with the education, training, and facilitation industries.

  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create strategic plans.

  • English speaking is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Being fluent or having proficiency in Thai is an added advantage.

  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to support business goals.

  • Competency in analyzing performance data to guide business decisions.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Compensation


InsightPact offers a monthly base salary ranging from 60,000 to 65,000 THB, subject to relevant taxes under Thai law, for a 32-hour work week. The company reserves the right to increase weekly working hours up to 40 hours as necessary.


Additionally, InsightPact provides an attractive commission structure for achieving and exceeding sales targets, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
